This petition must be executed in person by an individual who is registered to vote in the City of Boise. Contact us before you start collecting and we can answer any questions you may have.

After you collect signatures (print as many petitions as possible), you must return all of these pages and sign it before our notaries. Please contact us before you get started and before you sign the last page or return the petitions.
